• NMTC Investment in Memphis Westin Beale Street Hotel: An investment of $15.5 million in tax credits to support the development of the Westin Beale Street Hotel, a critical anchor project for downtown that is creating 200 new jobs for Memphis residents.
• 28th Legislative CDC 28th: An investment of $565,000 to support the construction of a mixed use project in a renewal community in Chattanooga. The project is stimulating local commercial activity as well as increasing the stock of new and affordable housing in the area.
