Rooted in the mission of and relationship with our parent organization, Seedco, we seek to make a positive social impact on the communities we serve through a comprehensive approach that increases access to jobs and benefits, assists small businesses, and fosters financial and career mobility for low-income workers.

Seedco Financial is a wholly-controlled subsidiary of Seedco, a national nonprofit organization that advances economic opportunity for people, businesses and communities in need. Founded in 1987, Seedco designs innovative programs, partnerships and services for workers, families and businesses to impact vibrant community economic development. Seedco’s work is focused on the following three lines of work: workforce development, work and family support, and services and supports for small businesses.

Together, Seedco and Seedco Financial work across the country to connect small businesses to financing and other services, while connecting workers to workforce development and asset building programs, maximizing impact on the whole community.
