Seedco Financial is launching a comprehensive financial and technical assistance product for small businesses, nonprofits, and affordable housing developers
to promote a variety of energy conservation practices. Seedco Financial offers planning grants, pre-development loans, and construction financing for the gut
rehabilitation and new construction of affordable housing, commercial office and retail space, industrial spaces and community facilities that will incorporate
energy conservation practices in accordance with national standards such as ENERGY STAR and LEED. Borrowers will work with consultants on a one-on-one
basis to develop an individual plan to employ energy conserving techniques to their construction projects and access federal and state subsidies to reduce incremental costs.
