Small Business Lending in Denver

Seedco Financial-Denver provides flexible and competitively priced loans to small businesses, especially those in Denver's low- to moderate-income neighborhoods. We work with businesses that have been unable to obtain start-up or operational financing through conventional sources and also fill gaps for businesses that have received partial financing from banks. We provide affordable loans ranging from $250,000 up to $1.5 million with flexible repayment terms.

Initially, we are focusing our lending in the following neighborhoods: Lincoln Park, Sun Valley, Villa Park, West Colfax, Five Points, Clayton, Montbello, and select commercial corridors (i.e. Colfax Avenue, Federal Boulevard and Brighton Boulevard). We will consider projects located in other distressed areas and projects that demonstrate a substantial impact on low-wage workers.
