Construction loans for affordable housing and commercial facilities up to $3,000,000 that may be used for acquisition, rehabilitation, or new construction of commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects. Eligible residential projects include affordable multi-family and special needs housing. Loan terms range from 2 to 5 years.
Permanent financing of up to $5,000,000 for residential properties are available for affordable multifamily and special needs housing. Permanent financing may also be used by for-profit or nonprofit developers working on commercial or mixed use projects in low- to moderate-income areas. Loan terms range from 10 to 20 years with a maximum of 30 years.
