Seedco Financial has developed financial products to meet the needs of those interested in developing affordable housing, mixed-use or commercial facilities. Eligible projects must support the revitalization of distressed communities, or promote job creation or other services for low-wage workers and their families.

Loans offer flexible terms and low transaction fees. Interest rates are set on a project-by-project basis.

Financial Products

Construction or short term loans for affordable housing and commercial facilities generally up to $1, 500,000 that may be used for acquisition, rehabilitation, or new construction of commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects. Eligible residential projects should include affordable multi-family housing. Loan terms range from 2 to 5 years.
Permanent financing generally up to $1,500,000 are available for affordable multi-family housing and nonprofit or for profit developers for mixed use and commercial facilities. Terms range from 15 to 20 years with a maximum 30 year amortization period.
